The service I received was amazing. But during our interaction the manager/supervisor (I guess) came up and whispered in our sales persons ear NOT to give the free gifts which the register showed I was to receive 3 free gifts for buying almost $100 in product. I made 1 transactions for 76+ and another for 20+. There was no reason as to WHY and I have never met the elder lady ever for her to keep my free items. I guess that ment she wanted to give my gifts as a gift to one of her family members..... who knows what they was but the screen clearly showed Free gift for over $20 free gift for over $60 & free gift for ? I do not remember what the other ones retirement was.

It's okay but the girl working there didn't even reveal herself until I hollered for her and she didn't know anything except barely a bit about the developer I needed. She also recommended stuff that wasn't even a toner even though that's what I told her I needed.

No matter what time you callthe ph rings twice then goes to a busy signal. This makes their LOYAL shoppers MAD as they have to end up calling OTHER stores NOT in the customers area. DO BETTER SALLY’S

I went in and was told i had to pull my mask up over my nose right away, no hello or hi nothing, she stayed pressed against the corner of store when i walked in. NO problem, i am a rule follower, just hot so it was under my nose and frankly tired of the whole mask thing, but tried to be respectful of her!! However i needed a little help with finding a hair color product and walked towards the lady and was not even close to her, but she immediately held up both hand and yelled at me "STOP- STAY SIX FEET AWAY FROM ME!!! i told her i needed help, but she was extremely paranoid. I understand being scared, but you work in public and absolutely have no customer service skills, whatsoever!!! She was extremely rude, and I ended up leaving because i couldn't get close enough to her or even ask a question before i bought product. She said nothing to me. Very disappointed in Sally's customer service. I normally love shopping there.
