Had an ongoing problem with a 2016 Jeep (🤦🏻) that had my Rural Carrier wife's nerves in critical mode.
It took Scott's a month to return it, but she hasn't complained any more. 😁

Can't speak highly enough for the service I received. Diagnosis was a faulty alternator. Dropped my truck off in the morning and I got it back the next day and I got an indepth explanation of the issue. 👍👍👍

I wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend using them. They will slap the cheapest made from china parts they have that is floating around their shop. Spent $3,000 with them and ended up having to fix my car with a different shop a year later…fixing the SAME issues. 1. They put in CHEAP econo light spark plus that is made for a Chevy (I have a Volkswagen). 2. They bought MADE IN CHINA coil packs in my car. (Again, I have a Volkswagen…requires German parts) 3. Forgot to put an oil separator in my car, after being charged a pretty penny. 4. Was charged for a water pump…had to replace that entirely. The list can go on. I really wish they were honest with their work, and didn’t charge people an arm and leg after using random parts in their shop to fix a car that will last them not even a year. Do not use them for any “hard work”. Your money isn’t worth it to give to them.

After having truck fixed..it acted up while leaving shop...turned right around and they told me what to do to fix it...It's in your parking lot..I just paid you..why are you telling me how to fix it...
