“Today was rainy in Pell City. I went to the local FIVEBELOW to hopefully find an umbrella for the low. I like solid colors and the salesperson there went out of her way to find me a solid color. They didn’t have anything but prints. She said “I’m sorry we don’t have anything in stock. But we have our company branded that are bigger and a lot nicer can I just give you one for not having what you were looking for.?” I said sure! This is what received. It is not solid but it indeed is a really nice umbrella and very sturdy. I’am literally a FIVEBELOW rainy day advertiser for the company nation-wide(dub myself that) Thanks, great customer service gesture. I did take my savings and made a purchase along with this visit.
