“They have a very well staffed group, their weight room is more than enough for anyone who wants to workout, exercise, bulk up, or just spot a friend!
They have everything from free weights to complex machines for working individual muscles and muscle groups, all machines are in great working order and condition! The complex itself has a lot of to offer for just about anyone!
Getting in and out is very easy, and the parking is directly next to the entrance! (Multiple entry points)
The basketball courts are also in great condition and always fun!
They have always had great tennis courts!
In all it a great place for people of all ages and backgrounds whether for physical therapy or just working out!
They also offer multiple different types of classes and groups services that are shown in the main office!
The best thing about the entire place is that it is in walking distance to Lakeside Park!
As for the rest of the facilities I have yet to get around to them!
As soon as I do I will make an edit to include anything else! As of now it’s one of the nicer civic centers I’ve been to!
(Also it’s not ever really crowded! Usually just a few people if not just yourself, just depends on the time you go!)

I will definitely be going back!”
