Anthony at this location is fantastic. He is great at looking out for his customers and was able to juggle switching over 4 phones while working with other clients as well. He is saved in my contacts and I know if I ever need anything he is just a call or text away. He makes sure you are getting the best deals, and save you money.

I walked into our local Verizon store today for assistance in activating my upgraded phone and watch I purchased through a Verizon Wireless rep over the phone. I wanted to share my experience locally vs phone/online. I spent hours on the phone over a three day period to complete my purchases. So many changes were made to my account that I got lost. My monthly bill went from 125.00/mo to 350.00/mo. I Finally received the phones and watches that I ordered on 11/29 yesterday 12/6. They said set up and activation would be a smooth process and set up a follow up call to walk me through it all. Well, that never happened. Let’s move forward… I went to our local store today for help. When I walked in the door I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome. I told him I’d made my purchases online and was having trouble getting my phone and watch to activate. I was in the store maybe 30 mins and Anthony fixed everything. Not only getting my phone and watch working but lowered that ridiculously high bill back to a reasonable amount. I will be returning to him Monday for him to activate my husbands phone and some final touches. I will make a final comment then as to the overall satisfaction but so far, I must say the customer service I received today was wonderful. If you happen to require some excellent service visit Verizon in Pell City, AL and ask for Anthony.

The absolute worst experience and store ever. I purchased my phone online for pickup, something went haywire with their system and they “gave us the wrong phone” after two visits up there and finally getting our phone set up after 6 hours of putting apps and work items on the phone. While out of state they want us to come in to give the phone back and give us a different phone. I call Verizon customer service and they let me know everything is fine and to ignore the store. A month goes by and husband gets a call they “have a fix”. My husband thinks no big deal and let’s them “fix” it. Well now he’s in another country and his phone doesn’t work because their “fix” wasn’t a fix, according to Verizon customer service. The phone worked beautifully when traveling internationally prior to their “fix”. This store doesn’t know up from down, if I figure out how to file a formal complaint about this store, I will be doing it. I got my phone from the Leeds store and had no problems, so this is definitely a store specific problem with uneducated staff. I am spending over an hour trying to trouble shoot with customer support from their “fix” while my husband is sitting in a restaurant in Mexico to get Wi-Fi to try to get this fixed. Never again.

Just a sell shop , dont expect help from them , they call customer service. Now the people there are fantastic and try like hell , but its still Verizon so 3 star is all i can give them

I went there to get internet for my home and they set me up with a good deal on 5G internet for my house. No contract and no fuss. I love the deal I got. Just plug it in and I was ready to go.
