A few events led me to making this review today. A few weeks ago on a Saturday I came to the store right as they opened at 6 am only to see several employees parking their cars up front. Your employees are there are 8 hours your customers are not they should be able to park close to the store to do their shopping. Then the past Friday I am at the store trying to check out at 9am and nothing is open but self-check and one lane and all of them had long lines and not a single associate came to open up other lanes to help reduce the lines. Finally, I grabbed a box of cookies, which I usually buy from Publix, but thought hey I’m here why not well…jokes on me! I can’t even eat the cookies because they are stuck together. I’m guessing you all left them in a heated area and when they were stocked they cooled and became stuck together! Do better!

Tearney helped us pick up my on line grocery order. It was really kind of her coz she brought out my groceries quickly and effectively.

Walmart Pell City Automotive dept is the slowest . They stay behind and always have a reason not to do something you ask even with an appt . I see why they offer lifetime rotation and ballance on tires , that's the only way they can get you to come in . This place is Fight Club , always have to fight to get any service..JS

Do not use pickup at this location. They are extremely slow, will mark your order as picked up and then you will sit there for 30 minutes waiting for your order to be delivered.

Walmart is a scam the old lady is stupid and doesn’t know how to read a birth date correctly and some freckled blonde was very rude greeting terrible the both of them should be fired

I personally want to thank this Walmart for allowing big trucks to come in and shop and I even did my 10 there. I know we're big. But we do need supplies. And any trucker that goes there. Please respect the privilege.. don't leave trash on lot..

The worst online pickup service. It’s neither convenient or time saving. Every time I come here for an online pickup I’m here at least an hour. I could go inside and do it faster. There is a reason why I try and use this service. But I will not make this mistake anymore.
