Not sure how other people's experiences were (especially given the bad reviews), but when I went around this time it took probably only around 5 minutes before I had my package and was out the door. “Was here for a passport appointment - even after waiting in line, the whole operation took just fifteen minutes. Staff were lovely, professional, and helpful. I’ve seen some other reviews calling this Tuscaloosa’s best post office, and I wouldn’t doubt that that’s true.”
