I love that they are open (I live in Columbus GA and our office is closed down). I drive across the river to use the payment kiosk, which is user-friendly, I love it). Staff is friendly and helpful.

Haven't been to pay a bill in person in years. Went to pay my mother's bill and found out you have to use a kiosk to pay with a card. They only take cash at the window.
