“I have been coming here for 23 years. No one says that without being HIGHLY SATISFIED throughout the years. Normally I get my quotes or policies through Angie. She is amazing! She's very friendly and easy to talk to. I love the fact that no matter how long it's been since I last saw her, sometimes multiple years in-between, she will ask about my mom and how she's doing. She really is caring and kind hearted. However, this particular visit they were very understaffed due to bad weather. It was only Angie, and Gary working. Angie was busy at the front desk with a customer and Gary came and asked how he could assist me. He gave me my quote and then wrote up my policy. It was very quick and easy. He was very professional. You'd never have guessed they were short staffed. Highly recommend!”

“HUGE kudos to Michael Sparks! I recently moved to Alabama and have been dragging my feet getting everything swapped over. Michael promised to help me save as much as possible for both of my vehicles and a rental policy. After discussing better coverages he was still able to cut my insurance costs in half (saving me around $250 a month!) I've had Allstate for a few years now and have been satisfied but I can not express how grateful I am for Michael and the time he took to get everything taken care of.
