“Simply no comparison to any of the others. I am very particular when it comes to my family's safety, second, Fowlers trustfulness and quality of work. Yes I am biased, I went to Fowlers with my Grandfather as a child, Dad as a Teen, Uncle as an adult and now me as almost a Senior.
Because of proximity I tried two others shops, both in Columbus. One shop in Columbus almost killed my wife, results of a product and installation malfunction that shop did. I gave the shop fair opportunity to correct or make it right. According to the shop I would be the very first to ever make a complaint or had a problem. if so you almost killed us. Well hope I can save someone else from my making my mistake of looking for convivence. My daughter drives in from out of town just to go with Fowlers. The oldest daughter is in town and she uses Fowlers.
Hands Down no one but Fowlers will do this specialized services for us, and you guessed it, I'm going to introduce my grandson to Ryan and Raymond Fowler.
With Noah's customer service and advisement skills and Ryan's technical service and research knowledge skills especially with vendors; The whole Team is First Class in specialized suspension and brake and more. You know they are good when you want to put something under the Christmas tree for them. You gotta have this type of Business to service your vehicles just as you would want the best Dr. or Surgeon conducting a procedure or maintaining your health.”

“Scott was awesome in getting my car repaired.My starter went out when I stopped at a convenience store. He met me after I got a new starter and went to work. I left while he was repairing the car due to other commitments.He later called me to tell me I had been given the wrong starter, but not to worry because he had taken the starter back and exchanged it for the right one.Car was fixed and ready to drive.He went above what he was asked to do by exchanging the starter.If you need your car fixed, I highly suggest calling this guy. 5 ? all the way.”
