“I stopped in a couple weeks back needing what I thought was a transmission overhaul, and expecting a pretty high bill. The gentleman at the counter asked a few questions and let me know I could bring it in the following wed. By Friday, they had checked everything over called me to let me know it wasn't a busted trans, though the fluid was low which contributed to my issue. The big issue was a transfer case gone bad and a leak on the transmission lines. We discussed a couple options, pricing... etc and settled on the course if action. They called to let me know where we were at, cost and time frame. I couldn't be happier with the work. They were honest with me, and priced fairly. If you need transmission work give them a call. You might pay a bit more, but you know you're getting good work and honest repairs.”

“Scott was awesome in getting my car repaired.My starter went out when I stopped at a convenience store. He met me after I got a new starter and went to work. I left while he was repairing the car due to other commitments.He later called me to tell me I had been given the wrong starter, but not to worry because he had taken the starter back and exchanged it for the right one.Car was fixed and ready to drive.He went above what he was asked to do by exchanging the starter.If you need your car fixed, I highly suggest calling this guy. 5 ? all the way.”

“While traveling from Reidsville, GA to Sylacauga, AL, our car started making a flapping noise and we were unsure as to what the noise was. We went on google to find the nearest auto repair shop and came across Grimes Auto Care. Gave him a quick call and asked if he could check it out and he said to bring it on by.
