My own experience as this Beatrice extra room U-Haul Storage it is very bad there I went there today with my son's waiting out side for me November the third I went there today to pay my storage and when I walked in the door cussing started from the oiler and the wife came in and took it up and they lied on me an got up set because the place is full of ANTS I didn't know it and she didn't tell me and my furniture was full of ants everything in there was full of ants and I had no food in there I say no food in there so I reported it to U-Haul U-Haul must have sent them a text behind ME CALLING THEM, they text message them about my compliant, The man took my MONEY FOR 2 months after this happen and today was the day he went to cursing like a dog and told me he wasn't going to give me A got D thing as far as the code was concerned because they change the code every month and he said he wasn't going to give me a D thing he was going to terminate my storage and I told him when you do let me know that you have done that then we'll go from there and he went to talking cursing like he didn't have no respect for a customer and I'm telling you it's a bad place to go if you don't care about your furniture then you take it there but if you care about your furniture don't and the disrespect that they bring they need to be closed down! The man is too big to be even moving around. I feel sorry for him, see I heard him speak to his wife that way from a back room the day I first went there a but I didn't think he would go that for with a customer a using U-HAUL name. I had to walk away an call the POLICE, it became racist! I tell u know LIE. I WAS TOLD BY THE POLICE IT WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO, so to sum it up BECAREFUL! I HAVE MADE SOME CALL'S.
