I had to adjust my review from a 4 to 5 stars. The service is here is amazing. While the store itself is basic, I have found the furniture to be good quality. The staff is so friendly and helpful... I think, "Am I really shopping at Big Lots?" Thank you BL for offering the best. ❤️

The lady who worked there was extremely helpful, but they didn't have what I was looking for. A friend bought something one day and I went the next day to get one and there were none. That's the thing about Big Lots. If you see something you want, get it then. There will be no second chance.

I like shopping here because of the convenient location and ease of parking. The store is always clean and well stocked. No matter what yoiu are looking for from furniture to seasonal items you will likely find a bargain!

Yet another store where it's an issue that I am returning something I bought there with a receipt but the card I used was since stolen reported and replaced so they refused to give me my money back. I was told I only could get in store credit. Is it not money that is in my bank account that I used to purchase the item!!??!!

This store doesn't have prices on its items. There are items on clearance shelves that are not on clearance. Very difficult to know what your paying until you get to the register. I was not a very happy shopper.
