The current Boss at this time, is a stubborn, cheap, strong headed man. He pays under the table and will fire you for trying to be reasonable. He will push extra jobs on you without extra pay, same goes for overtime, he will force it at times without extra pay. He would pay you below minimum wage despite what the job description says. He is known to be inconsistent when it comes to paying all employees. Frankly, with how he treats the suppliers, he's gonna run that gas station to the ground. Hasn't even scheduled the trash company over a week.

I had to hold my breath to walk in because the young black man with the Wendy's shirt on that works for you was smoking a Blunt right outside your door. That's kind of sad.
