I travel for whole USA because my Husband works by project!! And I visited all the Cato in my way! But the lady today in Phenix City need a little bit more kinder and cordial act! Sorry my English but I know she was but I feel she’s not!! Anyway I bought my nice clothes without see her face!

This is my new favorite Catos location! The staff was very polite but allowed me to actually shop and enjoy my "therapy session" without the usual and sometimes nagging interruptions experienced in most stores. These ladies definitely understood the assignment and let me take my time. Thank you!

most of the time I love cato and the staff is usually very friendly. this girl was rude let me take everything out of the bag knowing I was doing a return. even took my receipt knowing I was doing a return then looked at me and said very condescending I just opened literally 16 mins ago. I don't have any cash in the drawer. DO BETTER CATO!!!!! this location has lost me as a customer

Went into Cato's yesterday and bought one item young lady was just as friendly as any body can be I enjoyed shopping there that was my first time in there it will not be the last. Young ladies assets.

I always find something here! Affordable, good quality and nice staff. Unfortunately the smdressing rooms are still closed, due to COVID, but that isn't the stores fault.
