Great rate for a 2bd/1ba. Friendly responsive staff. Maintenance changes filters and they spray for bugs quarterly. So I've never seen more than 5 bugs or spiders in a month. No assigned parking but I never walk more than 50feet to my car.

Quiet and calm parking is an issue tight spaces. Not enough spaces. Long dark walk through congested cars
