“I have an account here...usually use the automated tellers. Most services are automated. Any interaction with a human is quick. I do notice that none of the personnel is personable...and if I ever walk in and see someone smile, I would think I was in the wrong place. They have their laptops and beyond the necessary "May I help you" nothing. Anyway, they are efficient so that's something. Anything else not so much.?”
