My doctor called in an otc cough medicine. The girl told me how much it was because I asked. I got home to discover it wasn’t in the bag. When I called to find out why, the pharmacist said I would have had to specifically ask them to include it. You would think that after I said the price was okay and to go ahead that I shouldn’t have to specifically say to go and get it. I won’t be back.

I have been using this CVS for about a year now and I have just consistently had great service from the pharmacy staff. I have many different prescriptions and a few different insurances and it's gotten to the point where they know how to process them when they hear my name and which medication. I do have to call frequently because the app seems to hold some of my medications but I try to call when it's hopefully not as busy. I have never had a bad interaction with anyone there and I truly appreciate everything they do to help me and to keep my medications on track.

The lady in the pharmacy was nice (pharmacy tech I think), but the pharmacist was a little rude. I'm not a pharmacist myself, so I was asking if I could take anything for my fever and aches with the Sudafed I was buying, and he had a bad attitude answering me/the pharmacy tech. I'll just go to Walgreens next time. No need to make people feel stupid for asking questions.

Poor pharmacy staff. Prescriptions are not always in stocks, and it is not good to just stop taking some meds. Get your act together, cvs!!!!

I have the worst time getting my medication everytime. Now I can't pick it up until the 6th because " that's when you picked it up" no. I picked it up on the 4th and have my receipt. Woman with the short little haircut is rude as hell to. Always has an attitude or acts like she doesn't want to deal with you. Get another line of work. Kept repeating the same thing to me like I'm a toddler when I was trying to explain my confusion. As soon as my insurance can go elsewhere im done with them and the attitudes and looking at you like you're dumb. I normally stay quiet but yall are getting really stupid.

I checked some reviews prior to placing my online order and realized that not all CVS stores stocked the photo puzzle, so I contact my CVS store near me and the attendant was so diligent in helping me. She confirmed one in stock but asked if I mind being placed on a brief hold to check in the back for additional stock. And she had more than enough in stock. I was able to print 2 personalized puzzle photo which turned out super great and the quality was excellent too. The recipient of the gift (photo puzzle) was so puzzled that I was able to get their photo in a puzzle which is something both her and her husband loved doing. This was very special for this elderly couple and CVS on Summerville Road in Phenix City Alabama made it possible. Thanks.

The most disrespectful staff! A lady named Tiffany answered the phone stating " what do you need " , put me on hold for about 5 minutes comes back to the phone asks me the question over again , proceeds to overtalk me as I try to explain the prescription error, hangs up in face , and then when I call back she tells me she is the manager and hangs up in my face again. The lack of respect the lady showed was disgusting.

A lady named Tiffany who stated she was the manager of the pharmacy hung up in my face twice . She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I really hope management addresses this issue. As someone who works in the medical field, there's a right and wrong way to handle situations and she definitely failed to execute her role correctly.
