Kim, Manager at Dollar Tree in Phenix Plaza, Phenix City, AL, was extremely helpful when I went in to find butter cookies for our church Vacation Bible School. There were three packs on the shelf. When I asked about more, she went to the stockroom and pulled out two more cases for me! After checking out, she helped carry them to my car! Now, that is excellent customer service! Thank you, Kim, from our Vacation Bible School at Epworth Church, Phenix City, Al.

On 11/01/23 I visited this location. An it took over 10mins for a cashier to appear from the back of the store to ring me and other customers up. This is not the first time but one of many where I have came into this store and had to wait a lengthy time for a cashier to check out 1 item. Not to mention this store often time doesn’t have air or heat and makes it uncomfortable to even shop here. But that’s not the worst part, the worst part is they regularly keep merchandise in the aisle way here customers can trip and fall an cause serious harm to themselves. Lastly there were no monitors on or connected at the front of the store to show if a person may have walked out with unpaid merchandise which is alarming considering customers were left unattended for some time. Being a business owner myself I think the owner should be made aware of this because I’m sure merchandise has come up short or missing with the way the store is being ran. Just my observation and experience.

What can you say lots of stuff $ 1.25 each or a few cool $ 5.00 Halloween decorations and the shelves were fully stocked .

If you are looking for a Dollar Tree in the area this is the one to visit! This is the only Dollar Tree location I have found over the years that is clean, stocked, and has a large rotating variety of items. Holiday decor/crafts/candy always has a large selection here and you can find items you may not see in other Dollar Tree locations near by. This is the Dollar Tree you want to go to. The other ones are a hit or miss while this one truly has it together.
