In June 2010, Flowers Insurance Agency opened the Phenix City location after the acquisition of the Mullin Ins Agency in Phenix City. The Mullin Agency which was established by local entreprenueur C.L Mullin in January 1911, had been servicing clients in Alabama and Georgia for over 100 years.
