Worst insurance company I have ever seen, first my mom car was wrecked 3 months ago. I knew the car was totaled, yet they claim it could be fixed. So the insurance wouldn’t cover a rental fee, tow fee or nothing, which she had in her policy. I had to spend over 1000 to get a car out of the shop that I knew was totaled.. only for the repair shop to say it’s totaled. Then to top it off, my mama has called for almost the last two months inquiring about settlement check that has not been sent, yet was said was sent at the top of June. Then whoever she has been talking to has an attitude problem and my mama is 68 years old. They are slow in pace and don’t do anything for you. You just Paying for their service to do nothing.
