What really makes this gym stand out is the people. Jessica, my trainer, is phenomenal. She brings the perfect mix of encouragement and challenge to every session. I appreciate how she tailors workouts to fit the needs of this old gal.

“I joined this gym at the beginning of February and I must say I really enjoy it. It's a 24-hour gym, and I have come to work out at 3 am, 8am,11pm, and many other times. This is a great fit for me because it is right down the street from my house in Ladonia. The nostalgia look that won me over. You can wear what you want and listen to your music with no judgment with the Bluetooth speakers. It's at a cost of $25 a month for all access and no start-up fee or that hidden yearly fee most gyms charge. Now it's in the backyard of the owner of the gym,but I love the security. This location has a bathroom and many things to clean the equipment off. So come on out and join, and maybe we can work out together”
