Went by after work to pick up 20 bags of dirt. Cashier was nice enough and called for load out as I was finishing transaction. Fork lift was coming back in as I was walking out. Girl that was "watching" for forklift rolled her eyes and then said it would be awhile, they had something else to do. They parked the forklift next to the area where bags of dirt were. Didn't see them again. After 10 minutes I decided to load out the bags myself. While loading the bags of dirt, another employee brought two carts next to where I was. Didn't ask if he could help (or call for help). Didn't even look up. Absolutely non existing customer service. Lowe's doesn't seem to have a problem when I get a truck load of aggregate.

I received great customer service from Tim and Samantha. I needed 18 bags 80lbs. Cement. Them picked them for me and loaded them in my vehicle.

They are always selling plants with inflated prices to people with deadly fungus that spread fast in your garden. They really dont care about the product. Be careful fellow shoppers.
Lowes takes pride in their product like water spray refuse sick flowers from the wholesalers. It's more than numbers. The employees actually take care of the plants.

Has a lot of inventory for your weekend project and home repair needs.
They need more staff on the floor to assist customers. I had to wait for almost 30 min for an employee to unlock the tool cages so I could purchase a drill.
If you go there before closing the manager on duty, I will yell at you every 5 min to remind you they have 20 min until close.

Reese was a delight and saved my dog from a burning fire before giving me the keys to his car so that i could take my dog to the vet. He truly is the best customer service worker that I have ever experienced.

After going to Columbus Home Depot (which was awful) , I appreciate the one that's closer and has better customer service. They are always nice and greet you in Phoenix City, they offer assistance and have helped with projects.

Purchased a refrigerator to be delivered and installed that was in stock. Stopped by after work and waited 30 mins to confirm it was gonna be delivered the following day. Was told that they would deliver between 8 am and 6 pm. Stayed at home all day and 330 came around and they haven't showed up yet. Attempted to call the store with no one answering the phone. After the 8th attempt someone finally answered my call. I was informed that they didn't even have the refrigerator that I purchased that was listed " in stock". Why didn't anyone call and inform me that it wasn't being delivered? I was there the evening before ro make sure everything was good. This is the only Saturday that I have off for the next 2 weeks and I wasted my time waiting for something that I bought and they didn't even have. Never again home depot, ypu lost a loyal customer. Lowes here I come .
UPDATE: called Lowes this morning and someone actually answered the phon and they have the same Refrigerator delivered and installed this Sunday also was way cheaper than HOME DEPOT.

Bought a Weber S-335 gas grill. It had to be ordered and I asked that it be sent to the store and assembled before delivering to me at home. Our salesperson, Tina was very helpful and if she did not know something she went and found the right answer. Jerry rang us up. Well the unassembled grill was sent to my house, I told them to take it to home depot which they did with no problem. Jerry personally called me to apologise for the mixup and told me when it would assembled and delivered. Well they had a problem with the delivery vehicle on the day I was supposed to get. Guess what? Jerry personally delivered the grill in his personal pickup truck. All outfits have problems and when those problems are rectified quickly and courteously it gives me an even better faith in the company and their personnel that if there had been no problems. I was very happily surprised by Jerry's personal attention and solution to the problems.
Jerry, you deserve a raise!
