Neshia, the Service Rep, was quick, knowledgeable, and very polite. Solved the problem, gave additional info, and provided extra supplies. We are very pleased.”

I wasn’t sure what to expect since my provider at a military hospital in NC handed me a piece of paper (no pictures, detailed descriptions or idea of what my insurance covered lol) and told me to fill it out. Weird experience over here on this side, but once they faxed it to this place Sasha called personally to clarify any questions I had and make sure I had all the right sizes and such.Whoever packed the box did a great job also. They shipped it to my home in NC. I’m already loving the support belt. Excited to use the pillow (I had no idea what it was going to be like… the order form the hospital gave me just said “pregnancy support wedge” and I was like ??♀️ sounds great and checked the box. I ordered a pregnancy pillow on Amazon that was way too heavy and hot. This one is a nice jersey material that seems breathable.The socks for circulation are nice too. Very soft and easy to put on. I had compression socks from when I used to run, but these are way easier to get on and comfortable.So if you’re ordering from afar - it’ll ✨probably✨ turn out ok! Haha”
