Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Very unprofessional, called there a week straight not one answer... No one ever shows up for work. Idk how ppl still bank with this Regions, must be a Family thing.

10 out of 10 don't recommend. Mess my check up then put on hold for so many days and on that day it's no I meant a few more even tho I have a SIGN paper that states different. Never have I ever dealt with so much lie in a bank.

Unless you like beeing lied to your face, verbally abused and robbed in your face ... dont go there ... just go about 3 miles down the road to the one on hwy 280...

Wednesday August 24 2022I love this bank always helpful and friendly. But this morning 9:45 the young lady at the window seemed very rude. I said good morning..no smile almost rolled her eyes. I don't ask for much...but she doesn't seem like a people person.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone via phone, and the drive through is ridiculously slow, exceeding over 22 minutes.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Even it there is one person in line ahead of you, you’re going to wait 20+ minutes. I wish Wells Fargo was still in that area!

Incredible.. Tried for days to contact the 431 location with no success. Went to the bank, in the office I called the number, the rep picked up the phone and hung it up, I said that was me... We don't have staffing for the phone. Changing banks now....

Been banking with regions for years. My normal branch I use on 13th St in Columbus has closed down so I come to Phenix City and long libe with only 1 teller on a friFriof all days..SMH
