I came here for a simple alignment. The manager took my car to back I waited for an hour. The manager came back and told me they couldn't do the alignment and he gave me an estimate of over $1000 worth of repairs and I was charged $50 for that. Scott tire is a scammer and con and they are not professional none of their mechanics are ASE certified.The manager is very rude and very unprofessional..Please stay far away from this place...

It’s conveniently located right behind the Autozone BUT DONT STOP HERE. I think we stopped at the worst tire shop in AL! The mechanics on site didn’t know what they were doing, so they had to call another mechanic to come look at the issue. And the price was triple for the parts, and the labor charge was insane!! Listen to the reviews!!! Which is what we should’ve looked up before coming here!!!

Spent 1.3k on brake panels that would’ve been cheaper in else were arrived at 8:30 and finished untill 2:30 do not recommend this place they work slow And lazy.

I have gone to Scotts Tire and Auto two times. I was advised of what I needed. I was approved for a large credit amount but the owner kept telling me I had to pay him a down payment. Mr. Scott is rude as can be, his son learned from his father as he is rude as well. They are not the place to go if you have any type of car problems. How they stay in business is beyond me!I will not patronize this business! I only.gave them one star because the son did put coolant in my car. That I appreciate. He was complaining the whole time!They never heard of customer service!

Great experience. On my way home from PCB.Check engine light came on , my van was skipping. I decided to hit the first garage. The crew was great. They got my car diagnosed and replaced a foul spark plug. Van came back to life.The price was very fair. And for anyone that’s ever waited on there car, these guys were quick.Really enjoyed speaking with Mr. Scott. What a great American! Thanks again Mr. Scott for serving our country. Mickey Nash

This business is a complete joke! Mechanics who have no idea what they are doing and a manager/owner who is trying to take everyone’s money and destroying customers vehicles….. I would love to give them 0 or negative stars if I could… STAY AWAY

Went in for an oil change with a $19.99 coupon. Took about 2 hours to finish the job. But here is the real problem. I needed a new air filter so I said go ahead. Charged me $27.14 for a filter. That's on me. Auto Zone has them for $13. I didn't realize they would over charge that much. I also needed a new cabin filter. Quoted me $29.50. I said no. Went and got one from AUTO Zone for $7. Watched a YouTube video and did it myself in under 10 minutes. Bottom line is they are slow and more important they over charge. The old guy sits behind the counter with his Vietnam Veteran shirt so you would think they would be alright. Wrong. Do not let them over charge because they will. I will never go back. Terrible business.
