The first time I had my mani/pedi it lasted until it grew out I had it done again last week and within 2 days the polish was already chipping off For $100 I expect it to last more than 2 days The young girl did it this time and was very careless.. I’ll never go back there afdd again. Str offered no guarantee. The guy at the first table did mine the first time and said he can redo them if they messed up within the week and they lasted till I grow out she no guarantee and within two days they were chips and I didn’t do any house work or anything to Chip then I had them done for a class reunion….

I have been going to Star Nails for several years. The atmosphere is quiet ,but they talk among themselves in their NATIVE LANGUAGE which gives me a feeling of uneasiness, however, KIM is my Tech and although she is very Quiet, she ALWAYS does an EXCELLENT JOB and doesn't rush to finish with me. I give this Salon a 4.5 rating..

If you are going to have hours of 10:30-7:30 at least be open. I came thinking it would be open after waiting 20 mins they never opened.

The brothers did mine and my 3 year old daughters nails and they were very patient with my baby girl and interacted with her just over a great first time impression on these 2 brothers (they said they were brothers)

First time and last time. The guy that has the first table to the left made my experience horrible. He doesn’t paint well. He put a top coat on my first toe on my left foot but couldn’t do it without messing up the paint so he just stopped and said he’ll add it later when the paint settles. He never did. Then the worst part was my manicure. He cut my cuticles to the point where they started to bleed. By that time all he had to do was paint so I sat through it, but he painted them horribly. There were streaks in the paint, not a smooth finish at all. I could’ve done it myself. I didn’t want to try and get anything fixed because I had already been there for 2 1/2 hours. But I won’t be going back.Services: Pedicure

Entered the salon and noticed the health rating was only 90, but everyone deserves a chance, right? Not sure if the A/C was broke or they just don't use it, but the heat inside was no joke. Waited over an hour and was finally put in a pedicure chair. The foot tub was gritty and had residue inside it from the last person. Pretty gross but I'm still hopeful for nice clean feet at the end of my excursion. After about thirty minutes, someone finally ran the water for the pedicure. At this point I asked what the timeline looked like and was told they didn't know. I finally gave up after soaking my feet in plain water for another thirty minutes. Very disappointing experience to waste two hours and still have gross feet at the end of it.

I needed my nails fixed and yellow roses and butterflies put on for my mom that had just passed away. They completely redid my nails and made them look better than they have in months. They only have 3 people who work there but they still take their time and make things look good. The prices are very good as well.
