At 11:06am I was turned away. They claimed they were closed. In the next time zone they would be closed, but this bank resides in a separate time zone. Synovus, you need to remedy this!

They are the worst. The atm’s are always down and it’s basically the only way to deposit money. They don’t have tellers so it’s hit or miss if you can even withdraw money or deposit money. They are a waste of time.

Stopped here because it was convenient to use the atm, made a withdrawal, before I could get the money withdrawn put away the machine ate my card, went inside to get help retrieving my card and they told me my card would have been shredded, I don’t bank with synovus, and I’m still waiting on my new card for an online only bank,but the inconvenience of their atm eating my card has made me late on bills producing late fees , I would never stop here to use the atm if I were you

Nothing but problems. Whether it be with your services, your customer service or your actual cards. NOTHING but problems!!! Your branch manager Matt is lazy and would prefer to pass out misinformation (we called about the PPP) than actually take the time to do his job. You tell us applicants needed to have their application in by April 10th, for a bill that wasnt even passed until April 2nd???? Meanwhile your entire website makes no mention of any deadline regarding the actual PPP and everything else related to it notes a deadline of May 15th??? Wow, just wow. Way to go Synovus, shining example as to how you "care" for your customers. You people are literally robbing the helpless right now.

Service is absolutely hands down the best! :) Each person that has helped me through any situation I have ever had or just going through the teller window, has been by far nice ,very patient and has very good work ethics from what I could tell. The app doesn't work! It kicks you off & has no online link to reset your password. Only way to reset is absurd verbal confusing & annoying. I Haven't forgot my password & their temporary passwords don't work either. I have many apps that work, this doesn't.
