This store has nice employees, but our T-Mobile Wi-Fi box is not so much. Although we live in a fringe area, reception was excellent when we got it last year (100mbs average). After experiencing connection problems, we were told to go swap out our Wi-Fi box for a new one. We are now on our 3rd box in the last two months and it's worse than ever. (average speed is 5mbs). We will go get another Wi-Fi box and see if that's the problem, but I suspect it's due to tower overload. There is only one tower in our area.

No interest in helping...only selling their products. A man, Devon who used to work there was the best. very helpful, polite and no pressure to buy new equipment. unfortunately he left!

Daniel was a great he handles my complicated account with patience . He explain things . Helped with the purchase of 2 new apples watches. I was in and out within 35-40 mins max. I will be taking my business here from now on .

A friend of mine ordered some i- phones online pay for them online I gave her a ride to pick them up stories very clean the staff is very knowledgeable and they were very eager to help I definitely recommend this place of business

I received a new phone using the trade in promo. I’m 99% sure at the time of the sale, the sales rep told me I could return the phone up to a certain amount of days. However, the next day I try to return my phone he told me I can’t or I’ll have to pay the full price.I couldn’t believe what i was being told, so I called customer service. Customer service rep told me “that’s not true and I have up to 14 days.” At this point I don’t know who to believe . I decided not to confront the sales rep because of how angry I am. Ive decided to switch phone carriers.the crazy part is, I’ve been with sprint for 12 years! T-Mobile has corrupted sprint. I will not remain with a company that teach their employees dishonesty. I will give this phone to a loved one as a gift; and get the one I want. People spend a lot of money with these companies and their employees will lie to make sales..The customer service rep is also telling me the phone is not paid off and I’m just confused. I had to pay nearly $300 and trade in my iPhone 11; and now the phone I thought I paid for is now has a 24 month lease.?!This company is full of liars.Stay away from the fat guy with glasses.

Do NOT come to this store, spare yourself the headache and go to another one . The employees clearly do not know what they are doing and they have a very bad attitude. The one that was helping me was Gretchen or Bretchen? (yeah, the same one that has 2 "good" reviews here, but its clearly her friends writing the reviews so she can balance the negative ones). There was another guy and another girl with her as well at the store working with her.But WOW, just a horrible attitude and customer service. Please again, refrain from using this store. I ended up driving to the one at Montgomery and they were excellent, they solved my issue that same day. When this Gretchen girl told me there is nothing she can do and wanted me to spend so much money! I knew there was something wrong about her. Please get rid of her, you're losing customers.
