I was disappointed in the item I bought, and they would not let me return it - saying it was custom order. I pointed out that it had a cubs logo (They have 100,000+ fans -so not custom) and no where on the description did it say it was custom. Once I pushed back, their customer service was good and the agent refunded...

Tumbler is super pretty but there’s no vent on the top for the straw unless you force open the sip mouthpiece. Weird.
