“Kids had a tire blow out this morning on highway this morning called around from Google couldn't get anyone to answer anywhere 2 min later bi city called me right back and was able to help us get the kids vehicle back home. Chris was our driver and he went above and beyond for us. Friendly and professional. He knows what he's doing. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow.”

“We have used this service 4 times since February 2025. Twice we scheduled in advance and they arrived in a timely manner and treated our trucks well. The third time was an emergency. We waited a long time but they told us over the phone it would be a long wait because the tow truck needed to manage our large vehicle was servicing a wreck in a distant location. We decided on our own to wait for them because they are so careful with our vehicle. The fourth time was to move an antique car that was not operational to a location where we could begin renovations. They were timely and contacted me twice to let me know they were on the way and where they were in the travels. They are reasonably priced and do the best they can in communicating with the client. Based on other reviews it appears that some people have had problems with their insurance company and communications with the towing company but we have been very pleased and will continue to use them as needed even though they are located a bit of a distance from our home. Breaking down or having a wreck is very stressful but we are usually not the only ones and often not in a convenient location. Most tow companies I have worked with do the best they can to reach people in need. Sometimes it takes a minute or two and patience, while necessary, is often tough to find when you are stranded.”
