Absolutely horrible. Arrived to pick up a uhaul rental on Wednesday at 230p. Nobody was there at the facility to get me my truck. I drove 3 hours from GA to pick this up. Wasted my entire day because the facility decided to close early it seems.

Rented a cargo trailer from this place and the folks there were very kind and patient. Will certainly rent from there next time.
