Horrible service. Me and my husband went in and Marie completely ignored me and would only speak to my husband. If that wasn't bad enough fast forward a month later and now our bill is all messed up. They changed my plan to something completely different than what was wanted and what is on our signed paperwork. Now my bill is $95 more than it should be. I've currently been chatting with Verizon for over 3 hrs and they still can't get it resolved. This stores practice is to keep you confused and charge you for things you didn't agree upon.

Great Place, Customer Service Associates always go above and beyond. Most Attentive to your needs and concerns. Great atmosphere, Customer Care is Platinum Standard. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love this place ❤️

My husband and I spent our entire weekend at Verizon. Richard was awful and it became clear after the second day at this store that he has no idea what he’s doing and instead of finding the right answer, he just makes things up. I came in to upgrade my phone and the one I wanted wasn’t in stock. Not his fault. But he sold me a phone with 256GB without asking. I’ve had 128GB with plenty of space left. This costs $100 extra. Didn’t realize this until we left the store. He also sold me the wrong size case for my phone. He told me I wouldn’t have to sign for my phone to be delivered and lo and behold I actually do. We went back the next day to upgrade my husband and son’s phones and got stuck with him again. (He also asked my husband and son to write down their Apple IDs AND passwords for him. Red flag.) That whole process took forever and wasn’t done correctly which landed us back there for a third day in a row. And my husband’s phone still isn’t working correctly. I will never give my business to this location again.

Must pay more upfront to be able to pay them a higher premium. Nothing is ever in stock except for the newer premium phones.

Customer service here is awful. Nobody greeted me at the door. Had to check myself in after waiting for quite awhile to be acknowledged by a worker. Worker who finally helped me told me to YouTube my concerns. He was too busy leaning over the counter and talking to his coworker about "pimpin' out destin." She, however, was spending her weekend "with Beyoncé " personal conversations definitely gets in the way of service here.

We had a horrible experience with the staff and lack of customer service at the Columbus location. We drove to the Alabama location, and Micheal helped us upgrade our phones, offer specials, help with accessories, and transfer our phone information from our old to our new phones. He was fast and efficient. Micheal was very helpful and turned an annoying situation into a great experience. I definitely recommend making the drive to the Phenix City Verizon. The staff are amazing. Thank you, Micheal!

Customer service sucks at this location. I asked for a certain phone and storage and was given another storage. I had to keep walking to find my accessories and the tall white guy came over to grab them. The black guy stayed behind the countertop, leaning and I asked him, “Do we have to come to you all and why they don’t come from the behind the counter” he just looked at me with no response. I told him I want to pay full price for the phone and looking at the bill, the phone now has an agreement for 24 months. While the transaction was taking place, I was literally talking to myself, no conversation no nothing. They have no customer service skills. Only two Cusomter son the store with two females workers and three males workers and no one was helpful just pushy and mostly on their phones leaning behind the counter.

Gosh! Matthew saved me!! WE were traveling and I was trying to activate my new phone. He quickly determined it had a bad sim card, replace it and we were on our way. Great thanks to Matthew for doing such an awesome job so promptly!!

Very quick and prompt service. I paid for my phone and service over the phone. I walked in and out in under 5 minutes with all my things in a nice bag. I got the iPhone 14 pro max in gold. Highly recommend. The service is phenomenal. I can always reach someone if I have questions or concerns.
