Very slow cant even call avoid at all cost...winn dixie killed them with the costomer swap but people say it was very bad even b4 so yea avoid,,,edit,,,, call on phone in waiting order only to stay on phone for 30 mins and get in store to find they muted phone due to overload

Pharmacy drive-thru is so slow. Then they make some ppl wait on meds in line and tell others to drive around or pull to the side. I was told one day I have to pull to the side to look for discount card. I honestly just sat in line for 45 mins. They need two lines

They are good for having most medications that other pharmacies might not have, BUT since Covid came around, the staff is shorted, longer wait time, and now are closing at 7:00 pm. I hope that they can soon get things back to normal.

Terrible customer service. Wait time is huge always. They do look like you are bothering them and always have a upside down smile. Taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

I have been on the phone with Walgreens sine 11Am each time I get to #1 in the call que got the pharmacy someone hangs up. It's now 5:30 and I still haven't talked to anyone. This is my last time dealing with Walgreens. The customer service suck and the wait time is forever

Just one cashier to work drive-thru and inside counter!!!! Be prepared to be in line at least 1 hour to be waited on!!!!!!! This is unacceptable for this big chain drug store !!!!!!! Handicapped and all !!!!!!!

Clean and decent store. But the full time is pretty bad. Consistently will be told by doctor that a script was sent in and that the Walgreens is aware. Will even call Walgreens to confirm prior to going to store. Then once I arrive will be told that the script has not been filled. Additionally the lines for receiving the script are usually very long and slow moving. The only reason the line ever shortens up is because people will drop out. I don't understand why the management allows for this. The pace at which the staff moves is very slow. They are obviously not interested in clearing out the line and getting people on their way. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy close to me. So we are forced to use it. Wish they would get it together.
