Love my Walgreens but they need more help in the pharmacy please

It's very frustrating that no one can be reached on the phone to ask if a product is in stock at this location. Calls are screened by a robot, making it impossible to speak to someone in customer service.

Waited for over 45 minutes at Publix across the street for a prescription to be told they did not have it and would not order it for me. Came swiftly to Walgreens right after to be in and out with the medicine I needed and no hassle in less than 10 minutes.
