I wish I could give zero stars this Walmart is one of the worse The Black women who work at the self checkout are deplorable. They use profanity talk badly about other employees. They talk about dates they've been on. And don't ask employees who work the floors to assist with finding an item they act like you're bothering them. I once asked a White guy if he would get a case of water down from the top shelf and place in my cart he sighed and practically slammed the water in my cart. I now refrain from shopping at Walmart. I take my money to Publix they could teach Walmart how to run a store efficiently. Their employees are leagues above Walmart.

Hey y’all just wanted to come on here and say if ur look for a great place to get ur phone worked on come to the ( Ifixandrepair ) shop inside Walmart on 280 they will get u right and for a decent price just ask for the manager. And let them know I sent u ✌️

Walmart in Phenix city hwy 280 has the worst customer service on self checkout I've ever seen ! they yell and try starting fights with customers !!! they hire very low quality people that don't have any knowledge of how to answer a simple question without yelling! I had that happen to me today and it was ridiculous! WALMART IN PHENIX CITY ( on 280 ) YOU NEED TO DO SOOOO MUCH BETTER !!! stop trying to save money by hiring just anyone to work with the public. it's just dumb.

I sat outside for 1 hour waiting on my online orde!! The one guy ke telling me that they were short handed, but never ask my name or order number.Finally ano young guy came by and asked my name. They need to shut this service down ASAP!! The lady manager is walking around not asking if you been helped!! I give this service a ZERO!!!

Employee are nearly always disgruntled; one in particular has been known to be talking to himself really nasty negative talk about how no one appreciates him.I do pick-up regularly, and the employees attitudes are that of Eeyore!This last time I did pick up, I'm missing six items! Not just one or two.I stopped by, but the "manager was in a meeting". Has yet to call me.I've tried calling all morning with NO ONE picking up... terrible!

Walmart pickup is pure garbage especially this location !!! We order our items and didn't get them until 4pm.. we didn't get a conformation they our items were ready until along 8 when they closed for the evening... when i got there and called 5 people pulled up after me and got there items before me.. they're was no sorry for the wait no explanation to why they were late. we finally got our items after waiting 15 minutes. We had over 20 missing items!!! And over 10 items that was not even ours!!!! We call back and they hung up in my face!!! We had half rotten zucchini, our grapes were mixed up with some cherries we didn't order... when you call the 1800 number they are zero help as well!!! All they offer is a refund that takes 10days or you have to wait until the next day to get your items!! This was my 1st time using them a for sure will be my VERY LAST!!!

If I could give the grocery pickup a big ole 0 I would. You tell us we have till 8pm to pick up our grocery order. Get there at 7:45pm and the app is saying there is a problem with their network so I call the number posted on the reserved signs. No one answers and it rolls to voicemail, call repeatedly and still no answer. So I try calling the store itself and no one answers, finally someone answers and says she will try to get in touch with the department, she transfers me to another female who says she will see if anyone is still there from that department and then hangs up on me. If your department is open till 8 then your employees should be there answering the phone and bringing out customers orders until 8pm. I will never be using the grocery pickup again and this seriously awful overall customer service experience from the store as a whole has me thinking I may need to find a new grocery store that actually values their customers.

Picked up my grocery order yesterday evening. None of the pickup emplotees were wearing masks properly. All had them under their chin. If that is how they behave in view of shoppers I hate to think what they are doing in the store room. In my city there is a mask mandate and Walmart insists all customers wear a mask but they are not enforcing their policy for employees.

This Walmart is horrible! I went in here with my two year old that wanted bananas.. we got the bananas and also a few more things. My husband took everything out of the shopping cart once we got to the register, the cashier than walked from behind the counter and started scanning our things which had my husband and I both confused.. in that case we would have never sat our drinks on the counter we would have left them in the shopping cart. By the time she walked back around I sat the bananas IN FRONT of all the items just because I wanted her to scan them so I could give them to my toddler .. yes I understand my child was being a brat BUT the cashier purposely skipped over the bananas and scanned more than five items before she would scan the bananas.. my toddler crying at the time .. she then took the bananas, scanned them , bagged them up and with a smirk on her face she reached over the counter to hand them to my toddler since then I have not been back there. Yesss it may seem like a very d*** reason to be mad or upset but I'm more mad because I purposely sat the bananas in front of everything and she purposely would not scan them. And their groceries expire to fast anyway ..

This Dam place gets no Stars in my opinion its Bulls@it, I arrived at Walmart auto center 10 mins after 12 pm for a routine Oil change.. After 3.5 hrs still waiting later with no one in sight and no one under the dam hood of my truck for over few hrs!With all the Workers more worried about talking to women thats on the sight and NO SENSE of URGENCY in finishing my oil change.. I dont have to complain to get the job done, customer service is a dam joke here!!!!! Stay away from the Phenix City Walmart.. I am Furious!!

I'm not sure I ever really expect much from a Walmart- they aren't exactly known for their exemplary customer service, but this one is just pathetic. Their produce is always pitiful and half turned/rotten already. I've seen chicken and ground beef out on the shelves that have passed their sell-by date, and their grocery pick-up is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. Every time I do a grocery order from this store I will check-in on the app before I even leave my house yet I will still wait an average of 35-45 minutes at the store to get my order. They will bring out orders to cars beside me that arrived after I did (and did not check in), and not even acknowledge any kind of time delay once they finally mosey out with my order. They started out great and I loved their pick-up service but now it is not worth it. I will either be missing half my order, they substitute items that are smaller or cheaper than what I paid for, or they just mark half my things as "out of stock" so they don't have to do the work of finding a comparable sub. If you need to place a grocery order drive the few extra miles to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Hwy 80- they are fantastic.

I would give it a negative star if I could. I went 4 times to get new tires. First 2 times I was told to come back because they were busy. 3rd time I was given an estimate and was told to pull my car up for service at 3 pm. A large worker came to my car to tell me he would not be able to service me because they were shutting down at 4. I asked for the manager and was told by the manager they are suppose to work til 5. One worker (a black female) was mocking the situation the whole time laughing while the workers were upset about having an extra vehicle. So I asked the manager if I could return the next morning instead. She said yes and offered a discount on my service. My husband returned at 9 am the following day and was told it would be a 3 hr wait. He also asked for a manager to get info on our discounted service for the inconvenience and was told by the employees that there was no managers on shift. So he left. I called back within 10 minutes and spoke to one of the managers that they said wasn't there. All I can say is the auto shop is totally unprofessional, especially the mocking cashier, and what goes around comes around....

Do not go to the auto center with a 5th wheel, travel trailer or a cargo trailer expecting to tires taken off and installed put on your trailer, they will tell you to take them off so they can mount and balance them for you. Even offer you a 4 way lug wrench. This is what they did to 67 year old.

Sales associates are usually helpful. Today was the exception. I used the self checkout near the pharmacy. I changed my mind about an item I scanned. I asked the associate in the yellow vest for help. She acted like it was a pain to interrupt her conversation with another employee. Surely Walmart is not desperate for this type of employee.
