Manager . Was very dirty , it was uncalled for , for what he did ! Managers are suppose too be , a role model for that location ! Got all up in our faces ! No wonder this location has a little over a 2 star rating. Insurance hasn’t fixed my car yet . So he looked down on me , for what my car looked like ! And that shouldn’t be the case ! Promote , someone else that actually wonts the job and is gonna be an excellent role model for the business ! What he did , is not what managers are suppose too do ! He actually scared my children ! And I will be posting on all my social medias ! Thanks ! Hopefully someone will take care of this problem.

Absolutely the best customer service that I've had in a longgg time. The price was affordable and the car wash was what I needed to clean my dirty car. But this place took it further. Chris, the gentlemen who washed the cars, came around to check on everyone while we vacuumed our cars. He even grabbed my car mats and pressure washed them!! Just a kind person who, it appears, loves providing a top notch service to others. The lady attendant was very friendly also. This will definitely be my go to car wash, from now own. I'm loving the new management. Keep up the great work...

I pay a monthly fee automatically and everytime I go they have cones up and Noone is allowed to wash. And barely any soap on the car when we are allowed in. I will be canceling my service. 👎🏼😡

The young lady with the dreads is very rude and disrespectful. I asked her a simple question about using cash instead of my card and she got really smart at the mouth with me. I tried to find the corporate number to talk to someone about my experience but there's no phone number listed for them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even to wash my riding mower if it needed it. That young lady is not only rude, disrespectful, but it's also lazy as hell.

Fairly new place in the area. Thought I'd try it. Wasn't expecting miracles but wash was $25 and don't feel it's very clean and big thing vacuums were either blocked off, broken, or falling apart. I definitely will not return

Did not clean the front of my truck well and when I asked for it to be cleaned they told me no. I asked to speak to a manager tge lady told me she was the manager and she couldn’t help me. I asked to speak to someone over her she told me she couldn’t get anyone. My truck was never cleaned properly.

On February 3rd 2024 I went to this car wash before leaving to Ft.Bragg NC. I was told by a young guy that for 10.00 I can have unlimited washes for the month. After a couple of mths, I realized that I was being charged 19.95 on the 3rd of March, April and May. I contacted customer service and I explained to the lady that I was not informed of being charged these charges every month if I did not come in and stop it. The lady told me that I was not going to be refunded back a total of 59.95 because their rules don't allow that even though their employees apparently are not being trained properly or the young man just didn't want to inform me of what was going to happen the following months. I have not even been back there since February so why would I continue to pay 19.95? They are stealing customers money and I don't think it's right

personally would not recommend. I got a flyer in the mail for a free car wash so I figured I would give it a try and now I see why it was free. The car wash was a basic car wash no complaints about that I guess but what was a dealbreaker for me was the fact that there was only 10 vacuums and maybe eight of them worked somewhat I couldn’t really even vacuum my floors with their vacuums cause they sucked so bad. And then they had floor mat cleaners but they weren’t even on and working so you couldn’t clean your floor mats either it was just a waste of my time honestly.
