It's been a while since I went to college here & we were just passing thru the parking lot after hours. And my post has nothing to do with the professor's, classes , or the College itself. But have you seen the parking?️ lot lately?? OMG!!! It's HORRIBLE!!! When you start around back to go to the Auditorium the right lane!/(which is suppose to be the lane you are are driving in, it is SOLID ?️ HOLES for about 2-3 car lengths. And then there's more randomly thru out the entire parking lot. I'm embarrassed to say I attended Shoals Community College especially the Phil Campbell AL campus.I would love to know what Franklin County AL is doing with our Education money???

Firstly, I did graduate from here years ago with an associate's and I did go on to attend University later. I loved this place, and while the campus is dated, it is quaint and feels like home. The staff and faculty care and they are able to provide great attention and assistance to students. In short, this a great spring board to jump from and anyone in the area should definitely consider a two year degree from the College before transitioning directly to a University (save money pad your GPA). Also, beautiful trails behind the campus, and a good place to get lost for a morning walk with the dogs.

It has been several years since I put my feet on this campus, and it was exciting to be back over there. Especially to see sports coming back.
