I’d just like to point out that the below review is referring to a different location. I’ve been using this office for years and they don’t and have never had an employee by that name. LORI and CALA have always treated me with the utmost respect and have done everything in their power to ensure that I’m getting the best possible rates. They are so kind and go above and beyond to make sure that I’m being treated fairly and am having the best possible experience. I recommend this State Farm office 10/10!

State Farm has crooked me for months. Staff at this location are rude and the customer service is poor. I had an autodraft set up for a monthly auto insurance plan. I had the insurance for a year with no problems on my vehicle. As soon as I added a second car, they cheated me. I called to ask why the insurance charge was $400 at the bank. Policy changed primary driver without a signature. They claimed that someone walked into a different location to change the primary driver on my account. They do not have a signature, so its fraudulent. Leslie at this location said she would call me back just as soon as she hears something. That was Friday of last week. No news from State Farm. I want a refund. UPDATE: Called the office at 4:50 and no answer.
