If you notice most good reviews are from years ago. I have been shopping at this location for six years. For the most part, the store has maintained a good reputation. I am honestly surprised by how much it is going downhill.
Current employees and managers are not customer friendly. They are very rude, do not greet you when you enter the store, you will only get blank stares, and seems to be short handed, tired and distressed a lot. If you ask a question about items in the store be prepared to get a quick nonchalant “Well, l don’t know” response.
I was helped by Dani today. She was the only one that greeted me with a smile and Good morning. She was very helpful at checkout. Hopefully, this location will be hiring more Dani’s.

My favorite waffle house! This establishment is always clean, they have great customer service. The food is always cooked right, they play good music. Love everything about it!

I'm amazed at how cheap name-brand items are at this store. Some prices are even cheaper than Wal-Mart...and I am shocked. Yes, the store seems cramped. But when you see the low prices marked all over, you quickly no longer care about the width of the isles! Now I can't stop going back! Well done, DG! Well done.

Nice clean store in Pike Rd, Al. It's nice to run in and out without having to stand in long lines like those in big box stores.

It's the same as most DG. Only cramped and they don't take Google Pay, or anything like it. I expected more since it's a nice town.
