We have been trying to contact the corporate office multiple times trying to receive W2 and they refuse to return our calls. Have came to realize if you ain’t family or screwing higher ups and you mean nothing to this company. They refuse to return phone calls and treat employees like trash once they leave. Employees do excellent work but their corporate is an absolute joke. I know they’ll delete this comment but I’ll add it every day for the rest of time if it saves someone from dealing with them as an employee or investor. 10 years with a company means absolutely nothing and they don’t even know your name, who you are, or what kind of work you produce. Someone I know was “let go” over one email from an anonymous person. The employee was NEVER asked if what was in the email was true. Corporate nor HR attempted to contact the employee. The employee for 10 years was never once needed corrective action during their employment. Management in this employees shop apparently “begged” HR to keep this employee because they were the best at their job and turned 150-200 hours of work solo every week. However, corporate informed management they were currently looking for investors and they didn’t want to “risk looking bad”. Once they made their final decision to terminate the employee, they had the manager do a 2 min phone call late on a Friday night. Again, not a peep from HR or corporate to the employee. They said they’d mail the paperwork. Employee wanted the exact reason for termination but no one would respond to email communication. Again please never work for or invest in this joke of a company. I’ve never seen something I that has such a good reputation for their work be so shamefully awful at the top. Be careful because honestly corporate could sink this ship in a split second.

I would NOT recommend this body shop to anyone. My car was taken there as it was the insurance companies preferred repair shop. I went to check on my vehicle a 2012 Corolla S with 66000 miles and they told me it was a total loss. It was hit on a parking lot, I was able to see it once but not under vehicle. I went back several days later to see under it and the manager said no and that I should not have been in the shop area before. He said he had pictures of under vehicle and he could not find any, then he said the left front tire was pushed back against the fender, not true. Then he said maybe I should take it somewhere else. These pictures show how they left my car on a muddy lot behind their shop, they did not tie up either fender liners and destroyed both of them by running over them with my car. The first pictures are of my car after being hit and the last ones are how they left my car after tear down to inspect. It is at the dealer now being repaired.Joe Hudsons estimate was6700.00 and at the Toyota dealership5100.00 don't trust these people!
