The atrocious service continues. Most recently I placed a mail hold as I am out of town for a couple of weeks. Yesterday my next door neighbor notified me that a package addressed to me had been placed in his mailbox (a common occurrence). He emailed me stating that he was putting it into my box but that it was “stuffed with mail.” I attempted to call the Pike Road branch but no answer on repeated calls and the voice mail box was full.

Customer service was outstanding Kayla is very helpful and super sweet and pointed me in the right direction when I need to mail off a certified letter!

The worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. The staff was rude and unhelpful, refusing to mail my package unless I purchased their packing tape—despite already printing and attaching the label before telling me.

Arrived at 2 pm on a Thursday afternoon with 3 people in front of me. Post office is pretty small but the employee was very personable and efficient

Claimed they could not deliver due to no access which is odd considering they put mail in my mailbox and this is a small package that could easily fit in the mailbox. Will not answer phone. Repeatedly loses my mail.

Lied and said they couldn’t deliver our package because there was no access to the porch. We were on the front porch! Watched them drive by and then mark our package as undeliverable.I have never had as many issues with a post office as we do with the one in Pike Road. Multiple packages delivered to the wrong houses. Mail delivered that doesn’t belong to us. Marking packages as delivered but then delivering them the next day. Community mailbox stations left unlocked and open for anyone to take your mail/packages.
