Arrived at store before 7pm and due to waiting on my doctor sending my prescription through it Arrived right after 6 and kept watching for it to be ready once it was went pharmacy just to have doors locked they are rude and unprofessional and my medicine is urgent for me to have thanks cvs for letting me down used them for years I'll pay more to go to somewhere else

They don't like helping you save money on your prescriptions. I can go to any other CVS. They are patient and helpful. Trying to keep business in my area so they want close down.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacist (older male) was probably in of the rudest I've ever run across. I was having issues filing my rx and his first statement was "that's not my problem". If I wasn't in desperate need I would've left.

I bought 3 EOS Vanilla Bean lip balms last night at CVS in Pinson and all 3 were rancid. They smell like bad bacon grease. I can't get my money back because I opted out of a receipt. Always get a receipt!

Store is always clean and stocked, they have great stuff and the storeassociates are very friendly, but they seriously need some help in the pharmacy, I personally don't use CVS, but occasionally I go by there for my mother and I just absolutely dread it because of the long wait time..( every time ). I understand they are doing the best they can right now, so props for that!

Used my insurance for my son twice this week in different locations, no problem. Paid full price here because the pharmacy had no idea what they were doing. Called to see if they could explain what happened, and the woman “Lydia” did not sound like she knew what she was talking about. Not to mention, my husband said that she kept making it quite clear that she couldn’t wait to get off. Not professional. This is the second time we’ve had a bad experience with them, I brushed it off, not again as it keeps costing me money. The only reason we went there is because Walgreens didn’t have the medicine we needed. I would be content to never set foot in this CVS ever again. Do better CVS Pinson.

CVS is the best. Fast and friendly. Why bother with anyone else. Just ask the Pharmacists you want have to guess.

Just so everybody knows CVS does not offer money orders they do money transfers but they do not offer money orders

I love going to this CVS. It is a smaller store but the staff members are so nice and helpful. They do not mind checking the back to see if they have more of an item that is empty on the shelf. Patience is a virtue and they definitely have exhibited a lot of patience with me when I have tried to coupon for deals.

I have visited many CVS stores and the one in Pinson, AL, I must say, has the most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. Ms. Sherri always asks if I found everything I was looking for and has alerted me of specials I was unaware of for items I was already purchasing so that I was sure to get my money's worth. I would absolutely recommend visiting this CVS.
