I had the BEST service from this Publix teammate on Friday, 8.28.25. Yuri has served me before on an early morning visit, at the Deli. THANK YOU for taking, probably your break time to help me while I was in need, working to untangle my bracelets.
Not only did Yuri stop to help me, she fixed my jewelry so the issue doesn't happen again. PHENOMENAL Concierge Service, I truly APPRECIATE her stopping to resolve my problem, when she didn't have to. THANK YOU so much.

Just had James in the deli make me an order of a couple of mountain bread sandwiches on boars head. Unfortunately he had to fresh cut just about everything but he did it with a smile and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. James sets the bar for exceptional service and I’d recommend him to train the rest of the Publix deli team - company wide!

By far the worse supermarket in the area, I rather grocery shop at a dollar store. The lack of customer service and on your face rudeness is beyond. From getting stiff with higher prices, the deli department is known for this where they post one price on their counter and label your items with a higher price. To cashiers not wanting to run items on their checkout isle, telling the customer she is ready to wrap up at 830p when the store closes at 10p. The deli, bakery and produce dept were dirty yet they all had staff mingling on the floor. This particular store is an absolute joke and clearly mismanaged from the top down. This store manager should be fired for allowing and running such a raggedy store. Definitely starting to shop at the other Publix even if I have to drive further.

CSS Miguel took phenomenal care of me today. He sincerely carried my experience. I intended to pop in and back out for something while I was in the area. This store had it and I went a little overboard. Miguel saw me struggling and nearly came running to help me get to a register without dropping anything. I suggested I wasn’t done and he got me a basket. I asked him where something was and he helped me look and got me to a manager. He talked with me the whole time and made me feel so welcome. My visit today was short, but he presented himself as a great host with a servant’s heart. I think Publix could use a lot more people like Miguel.

I have never been able to understand their pricing strategy. They are not Whole Foods but their prices are comparable to Whole Foods. I’d rather go to Whole Foods if I need organic food, or go to other grocers if I need reasonably priced food.
