“Due to some damage to my car, I was needing an estimate. I called around to see how quickly and easily I can get an estimate or two. Homewood auto body does not require an appointment to get an estimate. I was really appreciative of that fact and flexibility.
When I arrived a little after four and walked into the office, a friendly man named Hubert greeted me and asked me how he could help me. . He immediately went out and assessed my vehicle and within 10 minutes or so I was on my way with a printed document for the repair estimate.
Super convenient. Friendly people. And the parking lot was packed so that tells me a lot about the work they do and the reputation they have. Besides, their wall is full of accolades for who they are as a business!”

“I pulled on top a cement parking divider and it caught my front bumper so when I backed out, it almost took it off! Mr. Holt was the nicest man providing a service that I've come in contact with in a long time! Stopped what he was doing, acknowledged my arrival, reattached my bumper while engaging in small talk and charged me reasonably. The kicker is that he saw my reservoir was empty and told me to get some anti-freeze not water to fill it. I had it in my trunk and he filled it for me, checked and filled my oil since I had it as well then sent me on my merry way! Customer Service unmatched! I'd give this business 100 stars for the gospel music playing!!!!!! Turned my frown upside down!! ?”
“I must start off saying this is my first time ever dealing with a paint and body shop. My daughter was in a fender bendy and we didn’t know where to begin so I called around and found out it’s a lot of companies out there trying to beat you. So I decided to look at more companies and I found them and they took care of me. I got to give it to Jennifer and her assistant they took the bull by the horns and showed up and showed out. And I think she needs a pay raise. Lol. I will refer them to anyone. Much love. And my daughter was so happy to get her suv back.”

I did not have the $50 glass replacement option so I had to pay my collision deductible ($500) out of pocket. This is NOT Safelite’s fault—I should have verified my coverage before agreeing to an insurance claim. Just want to share this info to the next person. Safelite is great!”

“If you're looking for a place with a quick turnaround with pretty fair service , Econo Auto Painting is that place to go to. My car was rough looking from a faulty liquid wrap that was done on my vehicle to cover the original paint job. my car is 9 years old with regular wear and tear .the head service worker informed me that my car wouldn't be 100% flawless because of it , but they'd try their best to remove the wrap. It took about 3 days tops to get my car back which was a plus . When I recieved my car back it looked way better than it did. Like 10x better. The only complaints that I have are the obvious spots that could've been labored on a little bit more. for instance , the lower bumper area remained the same color (gray ) while the rest of my car is black .. my hyundai decal is also still wrapped . I also feel like they could've been a bit cleaner with the process as well. I had alot of dry ..dusty.. paint residue or whatever it was ( chalk like) in the inside of my car and some of the outside. I managed to have it hand washed afterwards so that rid of some of the residue. Thanks for giving an old car new life .”

“I didn’t have any services performed by this company, but I did have a messed up trailer around the block at my storage unit and I could not get it up on my truck. It took three guys to lift it. We still couldn’t do it. We asked if one of the guys over at the shop could help us. He came over with a giant car. Jack jacked up my trailer and help me get it on. I was there for an hour and a half and he came over and got it knocked out five seconds great guy.”
