“My family has used Sherrill’s since 1985, from when it was owned by Mr. Sherrill to Mr. Raj Shah to the current owners, the Lidikay family . The common denominator for all three owners has been prompt professional personal service from attentive polite and experienced staff.”

“We chose Riverchase Collision Repair because of its high ratings and we experienced excellent service ourselves. I called and the lady I spoke with was friendly and helpful. We were able to take the car in that day for inspection and an estimate. It was quick and easy and I received a quote back very quickly. We took the car in and the repairs were made…it looks great! The car was completed and returned to us in the promised time frame. The price was fair and reasonable. Actually, it was much less than I had anticipated. We would highly recommend!”

“This place is great. I would give them 6 stars if I could. They worked with the insurance company and went out of their way to save me money in the end. I couldn’t find other places that would do a partial repair on an older (2003) car, but here they did do that. The quality of their work was impeccable and they got it done quickly to boot. The main guy I was dealing with even gave me a ride to the car rental place when Enterprise dropped the ball when they were supposed to pick me up.”

“Mr.Phillip and his staff is amazing, the insurance company was trying to low ball me. Mr. Phillip said no your car is brand new and we going fix to look brand new. I didn’t have to worry about nothing he call the insurance company and it started rolling from there. Exceptional job done from answering the phone to the rest of the staff. Mr..Phillip kept his promise but I knew he would this the second car he fix for me. Thanks to all of you guys and gal that made this happen. Blessings ,blessings again thanks to Precision Collision.”

“I made a five hour trip to secure a possible purchase on a particular vehicle that I had been looking for several months. I had spoken to Jackson at Royal Automotive via text and email about what type of car I wanted exactly. He was very helpful in providing all the information that I requested prior to arriving at the dealership and to inspect the vehicle that I had an interest in. After arrival he was very courteous and thoughtful, making suggestions to me on the information I wanted so I could decide to purchase the vehicle or not. There was zero high pressure given from all the staff! A very pleasant surprise! I consider Royal Automotive the place I will return for my next vehicle in the future. I am also telling all my family and friends! Great job guys! Thanks Jackson for your professionalism and integrity! You are a true gem in the automotive industry!”

“Due to some damage to my car, I was needing an estimate. I called around to see how quickly and easily I can get an estimate or two. Homewood auto body does not require an appointment to get an estimate. I was really appreciative of that fact and flexibility. When I arrived a little after four and walked into the office, a friendly man named Hubert greeted me and asked me how he could help me. . He immediately went out and assessed my vehicle and within 10 minutes or so I was on my way with a printed document for the repair estimate. Super convenient. Friendly people. And the parking lot was packed so that tells me a lot about the work they do and the reputation they have. Besides, their wall is full of accolades for who they are as a business!”

“Fantastic service, communication, and results. I was expecting delays and headaches navigating the repair process for my car which was in an accident. Far from it - Ashley P who handles the intake and communications with the client and interface with insurance was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and provided as stated when dropped of the car twice a week updates on Tuesday and Thursday on the progress and status of the work being done. Advisor Eric A. manages the actual work being done and also was very communicative, friendly, explaining the process and figuring out some of the challenging issues with the electronics/technology that had been screwed up due to the accident. The body work was perfect - no indication that anything had happened to the car. I highly recommend on all fronts whether an insurance issue or just needing work done not related to an accident. This was the location on 517 14th St N Birmingham. There are multiple locations and I picked this one due to the 10 rating reviews. They lived up to these to the extreme. I’ve had to deal with other body shops in the past and were always a nightmare due to delays, no communication, and not so great work. So happy picked this location as I had to use Gerber due to my insurance.”

“I had an excellent experience with the Trussville, AL Caliber Collision team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing great customer service. The repair work exceeded my expectations. The bodywork and paint job were outstanding—my vehicle looked like new again, and the paint matched perfectly with no noticeable two-tone or mismatched coloring. Throughout the repair process, the team kept me informed with regular updates and was transparent about any delays, which I really appreciated. Their communication made the entire experience much less stressful. Another thing that gave me confidence was their lifetime warranty on the repairs. It shows they stand behind the quality of their work and are committed to customer satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend the Trussville Caliber Collision location for anyone needing quality repairs, excellent communication, and professional service. They made what could have been a stressful situation a smooth and positive experience”

“My family and I were traveling back to New Orleans from my sister-in-law's wedding in Nashville, and our truck's serpentine belt and idler pulley broke. We were totally stranded with our two babies and a dead truck, six hours from home. It was after closing time, and my husband called multiple repair shops, but no one would help us. Magic City Auto Works came to the rescue! We had our truck towed over to Magic City Auto Works and were back on the road within hours. We were able to get home safely because of their kindness (and didn't go into debt because of their fair prices)!”
