“I literally cannot recommend Partner Tires enough! I had a terrifying blowout on I-20 and had to get my vehicle towed all the way from Pell City back to Birmingham on a Sunday. I searched high and low, and this was literally the only tire shop open outside of traditional hours. To make a highly stressful situation even worse, I realized I didn't have the full amount to cover the tire when I arrived. The owner was incredibly understanding and worked with me to make sure I wasn't stranded. Because I rely so heavily on my car for my daily delivery routes all over the city, getting back on the road quickly was an absolute lifesaver. After having had a very unpleasant experience at a competing shop in Warrior, these guys were able to give me an estimate within a couple of hours, I agreed to the price and the repairs were finished in two business days. Customer service was excellent, and the price was fair as compared to a competing estimate. They also did a fair amount of research to discover a very cost-effective solution to a repair issue, which saved me 700 bucks. Very happy with my experience, and I recommend them without reservation.”

“Traveling back to New Jersey from Florida our tire pressure monitor gave us a warning that we were losing pressure. We just managed to roll into a gas station in Ridgeway, SC. The tire wasn't salvagable but thankfully Ken's tire was there to save the day. We couldn't go to them so they came to us and took of the tire and replaced it with a brand new tire for a very reasonable rate and allowing us to get back on the road and get home safe.

“I had a blown tire on HWY 65 and called them as they were one of the closest. The manager was very helpful and talked me in. He was also appologetic that he did not have a tech on hand to come get me. After arriving the next thing I see is the manager himself out in the parking lot with my boat working on it and putting the tires on . He said he was short handed and I needed help so, he took care it. I am very great full. Hofhly recommend.”
“Anything tire or brake related, I always ask these guys to fix it. They do clean work and I always end up saving like $150. You need to buy the parts yourself (except for tires). But this way you save money on the labor, and you can buy good parts without the popular retail shops markup.”
