I left a review about the regional office in bham...now I'm beginning to believe that there isn't a postal worker in bham or surrounding areas that can read...my package has been scanned 18 times in the city of bham and surrounding areas...including my home post office pleasant grove...they got the package and sent it to Lincoln al and i live 3 minutes away from the place ...lmao...come on yall git it together please

They don't know how to be efficient with getting the mail through when it arrives to there facility. I've had multiple packages sit in there facility for several day before it become out for delivery. They will also not walk up and get a signature for the package and will just leave the pink slip in the mailbox for you to go down to the post office and get you package.

They do not stay open long enough. Saturday is a busy day they should be open until at least 1:00. They never bring my packages to the door. They cram them in the box or have even sat them beside the box on the ground. But they are very nice I guess that's a plus

Multiple packages are missing that says they have been delivered. I had a man drop off one of my packages that he said he found IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. When I checked the tracking info for that package, the mail carrier marked it as delivered to a PO box, yet I don't even have a PO box. I have over $150 in merchandise that has gone missing due to this post office.

This is the worst postal service location ever. They forever delivering mail to the wrong address. Even leave return mail in the mailbox. Whoever they mail carriers are suck.

The ladies at the window are always very nice and go above and beyond to help. My carrier is friendly and always very careful with my packages. While the hours could be better for those of us that work, I'll happily trade the benefits of small town life and actually knowing who my postal workers are over the inconvenience of limited hours.
