Gerber Collision in Prattville AL is outstanding! Amazing customer service. They communicated with me every step of the way and handled everything with my insurance. It was the easiest transaction ever. My car looks amazing and like nothing ever happened. I will recommend them to everyone and any time I need repair work in the future I will use them.

We used Gerber for the damage to our Kia after being rear ended. They were friendly and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We never had to wonder what step was in process or what part was being waited on. These guys did great work and not only did they repair all of the damage to the outside of the vehicle. They went above and beyond to detail the interior of the vehicle as well. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Gerber.

You guys were absolutely wonderful! McLain was very helpful and professional and very knowledgeable about everything and could answer all of my questions. Everything was done to perfection and my car looks fabulous! They also kept me informed on what was going on during the process and was able to get the job done very fast. Seemed as if they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and I really appreciate that so much. I will most definitely never use another body shop over you guys if I need this type of work done in the future. 10 out 10 would definitely recommend and also return. Thank you so much for your services and kindness during this difficult process.

My experience was outstanding!!! Staff member were all friendly and professional both in person and on the phone McLain Yarborough was both knowledgeable and professional he gave me clear details on what service I was getting and when he was going to be finished and he delivered! At first I was going to get my car repaired in Tennessee but Thank God I waited until I moved here!

Wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! The customer service was top notch and the attention to detail given to my repairs was impressive. I was informed regularly about the progress of the work being done and my vehicle was completed much earlier than promised! They even gave my car back to me with the interior cleaner than it was when I dropped it off! Gerber met and exceeded my expectations! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

Everything about this location is 100% what a body shop should be. The customer service is the best I've received, I really like how McClain calls you every Tuesday and Thursday to let you know what is going on with the repairs. The body work and paint are very well done, you can't even tell an accident ever occurred, the paint match was perfect. I will never use another body shop for my cars, you earned a customer for life.
