I am so happy about my zero gravity fully reclining chair. I can keep my legs above my heart and sleep in this. The deal was better than online. The service and help at the store was excellent. Ashley is definitely the place to go to get quality durable, lasting furniture. You outdid yourself Ashley store in Prattville!!!!

We were in search of a tv console. We were greeted as we entered the store by two friendly ladies. They showed us multiple pieces of furniture and gave us a time to make our decision. They answered our questions quickly and knew their products. We would buy from them again.

Everything from the purchase of the couch set to the delivery went flawlessly, communication was excellent with estimated arrival times and the a phone call to let me know they were 20 minutes away. Truck 1 was a well oiled team, Luis and Alejandro were very friendly and efficient. They were able to back into my front yard dodging a tree and an my enclosed trailer. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
