Service itself was quick and seems well done, however, they took my car charger, and never contacted me back when they said they’d ask the tech who worked on it. while not a crazy steal, not a big fan of someone who feels like they can take stuff working on my car….

Brought my car in to have the bumper replaced after being rear ended. The customer service was outstanding and they made the entire process super easy. The best part though was the detailing done to my car. It is so shiny and clean. People have literally asked where I got my car detailed. I highly recommend these guys!

My new Mazda CX5 was repaired perfectly. Parts were slow coming in but you cannot tell there any damage to the vehicle. The paint job is amazing. Never thought they could duplicate the "metal flake", but its' outstanding. Would highly recommend.

A deer decided to unalive itself on my Jeep Wrangler. After dealing with insurance (ugh, but it was 100% covered. But still, ugh) I took it to Auto Body Services in Prattville. They did a bang-up job on the repair. I also had them do some additional work (paid for by myself) and while there were some backorder delays, the actual work and finished product are 100%. I would also like to note that ABS communication is better than others I have worked with. Gracie in the front office is friendly and I appreciate her efforts along with the repair technicians'. Thanks folks!

I had water getting in my car anytime it rained hard and I could not figure out what the problem was. I tried several things before deciding to get help. I took my car to Auto Body Services and the technician told me where he thought the problem was before he started working on my car. He did a water test on the whole problem side and sure enough it was where he said. They fixed it quickly. I will definitely use their services again.

Let’s see …where to start. First, love each and every single one of them to death! I had my “nightmare” aka Jeep transferred there from another local body shop ( long story). There are not enough boxes for me to select all they had to do to my Jeep. They had quite a large job ahead of them, a lot of setbacks, even puzzle pieces together. Brandon and his team did a Phenomenal job on getting my Jeep back together. ( They complimented the body work at the dealership today.) The office staff is nothing short of my most favorite people on earth ( love you Gracie &Griffin)! Will miss our daily check ins ! So far a wonderful experience. Tesla certified. I drove in from out of town. They dropped me at rental car business. Polite and helpful. Works hard to get insurance adjusters to do their job. Highly recommend.

My truck tailgate and area around my right tail light was damaged in an accident. I took it In for repairs and was told it would be a week before it could be worked on. Given the busy schedule, I understood. Weeks went by and each time I called, I was told it would be another week due to some unforeseen issue.After six weeks, I finally have my truck back and was fully informed about the difficulty in finding specific parts. Repairs seem good, but the communication and transparency wasn't great.Service: Body & Trim
